First of all, HAPPY NEWYEAR everybody ! My this year be a year for you all without any concerns !
Welcome 2011 ! I embrace you with my 2 arms. My year started great. Not only I had a super party on newyears-eve though it was last-minute planning I managed to have a wonderful evening. And yes yes, great news, I started as Consultant at Sony Europe, whoop whoop. Now I work in the corporate village of Zaventem in the Sony Vaio & Mobile department. Passed weeks we're pretty fun, ran into old friends and have great laughs. And it is always fun to hear that they have missed me and would like to hang out more often.
I don't now what I have lately, my head is spinning with idea's and stuff like that. After so long I feel like I'm back to the point where I've always has been. Inspired and strong to survive even the impossible. There we're never the less also some awkward moments. People popping up, with regrets, they felt stupid and want to recover their relationship with me. Hmm maybe I'm too good sometimes to give them all back the chance, but what can I say. I don't like loosing people so yeah .. Some people managed to make me shiver for a moment, like wow, say what ? But the main fact is, my life is restoring itself, what is good. I feel alive, I feel motivated, I feel inspired. It gives me a feeling that 2011 will be a year I'll never forget which is good because 2010 is a year I wan't to forget and sometimes I wan't to travel back to make it all right again. If I could I would transfer moments from 2010 to 2011 to make the change that was needed for myself ! But hey, I can't control the past, so goodbye 2010, Hello 2011, please be good to me :D otherwise Grrrr ...
Just 1 exam to go and then some more pressure is going to be released. Which will give me even more strength to undertake some changes, new things, old things. Travelling for example ! Oh what did I missed that. Planning a trip to the sea, Luxemburg, and maybe yeah we will see. I'll enjoy life as it comes, but 1 thing is certain, I'm going to live, like I always did untill yeah "the one" turned my world upside down.
Because Christmas is knocking on our doors. I found a song about the point of love cause nobody wants to be alone with Christmas. Those time of the year we spend the time with our loved ones. So maybe a moment to think about our lost loved ones and the people we have lost. Also think about the love we still need to meet. What are we without the ones we love ? It brings you joy with tears in your eyes ... It's sad and wonderful!But all that seems to be tearing you apart right now will become a joyful memory tomorrow !
Brrrrr ! The first thing that came to mind when I stepped out the car @Hasselt Winterland. Freezing like -7 degrees. And a lot of wind. So first stop
the entrance of winterland, and serving myself some "Jeneverkes" to warm up. Waiting for the guys joy joy, 3 "Jeneverkes" later they finally arrive. Oh wait
that we're just 5minutes ? Whoops. Allright the weather outside is freightfull, snowing, freezing, real christmas spirit @ Winterland. Love it. We had a lot of
fun and eventually ended at the Winterland Cafe. Nice and warm, viewin outside seeing snow everywhere. It's like in the movies, it's really, wow Belgium @ Winter.
We had a good laugh, especially with Jens.
Yesterday I got my results of the exams I had to take for CTG, and I'm proud to say I survived and had over 70%. This means I'm officially
member of the CTG group! Whoop Whoop ! My first work-experience in the IT-branche and I'm very happy. CTG is really a nice company, fun people,
a lot of opportunities. For the moment it is a little rough and getting used to it. I still realy need some experience, but hey that's why I'm working
there, right ? I'm very excited, and it's a real pleasure to Work @CTG Belgium.
Finally, after so long, I've managed to put a website/blog for myself. It took only 30min of my time though.

Today I had my first flight experience and what an experience it was !
I had won a contest and the price was a flight with a Embraer. But that wasn't all.
While in the air, 2 F16's intercepted this plane, taking control of the plane and that was pretty AWESOME !
After we landed we also got a tour on the C130 Hercules.
After a series of bad news, I needed to get away, a visit to France, Normandy ! Ow yeah, this is fun. And I really enjoyed it. Peacefull and relaxing. And after a few days I start to work. My life is changing, lost everything that I cared about in just 2 months. But now, finally good news arrives. Cheers to that ! Though I miss some parts of my previous life. But I can't fixed them so I got to live with that.
Aaah finally, I'm back, after a trip of 28hours I'm finally in my bed @ Home. Yeah a trip of 28 hours, not exactly what I planned. But yeah :( accidents happen :(.
The first day we arrived at Scotland was great, we drove through Perkshire, very beautifull. Rivers, mountains, trees, waterfalls. Even a visit to the Famous Grouse mmmm
nice whiskey ! The first night we camped at Loch Ness, we had a nice fire and I stayed up late, watched some stars, walk by the water, warming myself at the fire.
Thinking about yeah, you know who. At night, in bed I woke up at 4 o'clock and heard some owls. Very cool ! But suddenly a very strange noise, like a seal, very loud, very strange.
And after that, deadly silence, that was like wow, could it be ? Is the legend true ? Nessie ? Are you real ? :P.
The next day we drove to Inverness and did a sea tour. The weather was bad, but we saw some nice castles and ruins so no biggy. The next day we also did the castle route and eventuelly ended
at a castle on a rock. Very nice ! We spent the night over there at sea, with some ruins at the mountaintop. Which I and 2 others visit at the middle in the night. It was a bit freaky.
But it had a nice view over the village next to the mountain. The next day we packed and drove back to Perkshire, aaah feels great. Sightseeing, visiting the Queens View ! WOW !
And then our search for a place to camp. This is the moment where it went wrong :( . Driving around, suddenly, arriving at a corner, a car drives in the middle of the road towards me.
I shock ! Tryed to avoid the accident, but my reflex was not good :( and crashed into the car. Silenced, I turn around, check if everybody is ok, yeah the guys are fine. The car in front of
me was totally destroyed. I ran towards the car and hoped the person would be alive, it was freaking me out. Arriving at the car, I saw the person was ok, little bit shocked, like al of us. But no serieus cuts or pain. Thank GOD !
My Mercedes ML looked ok, I drove it of the road, so people could pass, so no problems so far. When everything was ok, the papers and stuff. We wanted to leave. I start engine, put 'm in drive.
Release the brakes, hmm no luck :s, trying reverse, nothing, back to Parking ! Creapy sound. Oh no :( gear broken. My luck :s so started calling, insurrance company, touring, etc etc.
I actually had to wait 2hours untill somebody came to get us. And when that garagist arrived, he had to go back to get a bigger truck to take away my jeep. Joy. Now midnight, we are staying
at the garage, sleeping in the couches. The next morning making calls to get back home, no luck. The bad news kept on comming and comming and comming. Eventually we took the train, from
that little town all the way down to Ramsgate. 10 hours !!! And a ticketprice of 176 euros .. At midnight we arrive at the ferry and still have to wait untill morning.
We want to check in : sorry guys, we can't let you on the ferry without a car. But the car was still in Scotland. Damn still bad news. But eventually we managed to get on the ferry.
4 hours later we arrive at Ostend and took the train to Limburg. Home Sweet Home, and here I am, after a journey of 28hours, tired ! What an experience :( I'll miss that car :'(
